Miyagi, Shirai, Yamada, Oyama-Higa, Tanaka, and Satoh: As Chair of the IEEE Systems, Man and Cybernetics Awards Committee, it is my great pleasure to inform you that the SMCS Awards Committee has selected you to be the recipients of the Franklin V. Taylor Memorial Award for your paper gA Mental Health Self-Check System using Nonlinear Analysis of Pulse Wavesh that was presented at SMC08 in Singapore. The citation for the award will "To recognize the best oral presentation and paper at the 2008 IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society Conference." There is a prize of $500 to be split equally by the authors and a plaque for each author. Your award will be presented in an awards ceremony at the banquet of the 2008 IEEE International Conference on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics in San Antonio on October 13, 2009. I hope you will be able to attend the ceremony to accept your award. Please note that this award does not include registration or travel support for SMC08.
